I understand seeing a new stylist or getting your hair done professionally for the first time can feel scary or overwhelming, but I’m here to make you feel relaxed and comfortable.
I work in a cozy, intimate salon called Jade & Co. located on Grand Canal in central Stockton. The space has complimentary street parking directly in front of the salon, lots of natural light, a beautiful cottage-style design, and a living plant wall that is to die for. Our stations are spacious and private- with lots of room to spread out and unwind. Once you arrive, we’ll sit and chat in my chair about your current hair routine, goals for your appointment, and what is and isn’t working for you with your current style. I will make sure that we have a thorough consultation addressing all of your questions, concerns, and ultimate goals before jumping into your service!
Our first session together will probably take longer and may cost more than regular maintenance appointments. I custom-tailor every service and appointment for each client. I keep up-to-date notes on my formulas and techniques each time we see each other and note things we may want to try at future appointments. This helps me to ensure that each visit is intentional. While your hair processes, you can just relax! Feel free to bring a book, headphones to binge your favorite show, or any laptops or work supplies you would like to use during your service. We have complimentary Wi-Fi, and I also provide an assortment of refreshments and snacks for you to enjoy during your visit. You’ll then enjoy the signature head massage— what many clients fondly refer to as “the best part” performed by either myself or my assistant stylist. We will both make sure you look and feel fabulous once your service is complete. During the styling portion of your appointment, you’ll get a mini tutorial about what products we are using, how to apply them, and how to replicate the look at home. I’ll recommend home care products for you to maintain your new hair. We’ll set a plan for your maintenance routine and then you’ll get to show off your new hair!

We require a minimum of 48 hours' notice to reschedule or cancel an appointment. Deposits are non-refundable. You can cancel or reschedule through Vagaro, text, or email. If you're feeling unwell, please reschedule to prevent spreading illness.

We allow a 15-minute grace period for late arrivals. If you arrive later than 15 minutes, we may need to reschedule your appointment to ensure quality service for all clients. Please contact us if you anticipate being late.

I specialize in dimensional hair color and curly hair cutting and coloring. I offer a variety of other hair services including haircuts, coloring, styling, as well as keratin and deep conditioning treatments.

The most efficient way to book an appointment is by using my online booking system on my website, where you can browse my full availability and pick the day and time that works best for you.

I have an online waitlist where you can add yourself and select multiple days and times that work for your schedule. In the event that an appointment space opens up, my system will send a text message or email with a link to claim the spot. Keep in mind this is on a first come first serve basis and your spot is not guaranteed until you book the appointment.

If you're not satisfied with your service, please let us know before leaving the salon or within 48 hours. We offer a complimentary redo for the specific service if it doesn't meet your expectations. This policy does not cover additional services beyond the original appointment.

Please give at least 48 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. This allows the opportunity to offer the slot to another client. There may be a cancellation fee if you do not provide sufficient notice.

Yes, I provide haircuts and styling for children as long as they are able to sit still throughout the appointment. To ensure a smooth experience, please prepare your child to remain seated and calm during their visit. Please let me know the age of your child when booking an appointment so I can accommodate their needs.

I accept various payment methods including cash, all credit/debit cards, Venmo, Zelle, and Apple Pay. I do not accept checks.

Due to limited space and seating, we are unable to accommodate additional guests during the appointment. Exceptions may be made for parents or guardians of underage clients or if assistance is required. Please contact us in advance if someone needs to accompany you, so we can make the necessary arrangements. Failure to communicate ahead of time may result in our inability to accommodate your request. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping us maintain a focused and serene environment for everyone.

For coloring services, it’s best to arrive with clean, dry hair. If you have any allergies or sensitivities, please inform me beforehand. It’s also helpful to bring reference photos of the color you have in mind.
